Erin Hergenrother
Erin has represented clients in a myriad of complex cases since 2013. Prior to joining Briner Law Group, Erin represented injured clients and their families in toxic tort, mass tort, and pharmaceutical litigation. From intake to resolution, Erin steered all aspects of those cases including drafting petitions, written discovery, deposition, motion practice, and trial. While her legal expertise in these matters provided strong outcomes for her clients, Erin prided herself on providing personalized guidance and counselling to her clients in a particularly difficult time in their lives. Erin brings her years of civil litigation experience and same high level of client care to Briner Law Group and all of its clients.
One of the things Erin enjoys the most about her practice is the relationships built in the process of providing legal representation. She strives to provide specialized care to businesses and individuals navigating the complexities of the legal system. A careful planner, Erin is skilled at developing pragmatic litigation strategies and seeing them through for the benefit of her clients.
Erin and her husband have two sons and a dog. Outside of work and mothering, she volunteers as a mock trial coach for her alma mater, Nerinx Hall High School.
